So, you can look up the 10th life facility. They are a no-kill cat
sanctuary. Not sure what happened, but I just got a request for volunteers
to handle some or all of the 500 cats that they have at their facility. And
a request to pass along the volunteer request.

They have arranged for a vet to look at the cats, which is what they will be
doing Monday-Wednesday (and that is what they need volunteers for, that and
cleanup) but unless another no-kill place is willing to take the healthy
ones, my guess is that they will all be euthanized. The local humane does
not have the space for the cats they get and even euthanizing this many will
strain their resources.

I have no idea if 10th life can be saved with donations. Googling them will
find their HQ.

Even dealing with this mess will cause issues in this dirt poor county.
