i'm looking at a contract that needs a person to :

1- Understand and use tools to cleanup userids and associated home 
directories in both Linux and Unix platforms. Create scripts as 
necessary to facilitate. Desired Userids have been identified.

2- Set Password policy to meet SOX compliance.
- Understand and articulate impact to setting a password policy, 
retroactive and going forward.
- Set up exclusions of application ids from a password policy.
- Implement and promote the password policies without impact to the 
business.

 userdel -r they want to pay someone to do userdel -r userid?

oh and they got some sort of password problem...i think i'd have to 
install cracklib and call it a day
