I hate to ask this on the Linux list, but only because I would get good
answers from intelligent people:

I am looking for a good software development shop that's savvy in
Windows. We are looking for a shop that can take a current program
that's written in Visual Basic using MSDE/ODBC and execute various
improvements, including get it working/loading correctly on (ugh!) Vista.

p.s. I know, IF we could have written it on Linux, we would not be in
this trouble :) . Unfortunately, the program has to run on M$ boxes.
