Hi all,
I thought about posting this on the jobs list, but since I'm actually
looking for recommendations about companies, not individuals, this is
probably the best place to post.

The company I work for is looking for a really excellent web development and
design company to develop the next generation of our website and a fairly
complicated web application with a Flash front end. The skill set needed
includes PHP, Java, Flash, web services/SOAP/XML, excellent graphical design
talent, and experience with large projects.
