Based on what you had given, and the fact I had just worked on the same 
issue for a system, glad that was the answer. Simple fix, but for the cost 
of the power supply :) . The biggest issue, it's measuring the power UNDER 
LOAD. And having the better power meters like Fluke with accuracy at 0.1% is 
important. Sears has $40 meters at 0.7% which is great for most cars and car 
batteries, but not for important PC troubleshooting.
