[Talk] Problem system not booting

I'd still try one memory stick at a time with no other components
attached.  Memory can become flaky over time, especially when it's
been zapped.  Sometimes even individual sticks work but have problems
when paired with other sticks that also work alone.

Beyond that, tax time or not, configuring another motherboard will
probably be faster than trying to troubleshoot and fix a bad
motherboard.
