Thus far, there are two location on the wiki.  While I think we should
defer to Nick, we may want to help him by letting him know our
preferences.  To assist, Don Law put up a voting system next to each
location.  So, please write your initials next to the location of your
choice.  If all locations are the equivalent for you, put your initial
next to all of them, so that we know your voice has been heard.
