[Talk] ISPs around Stuart/Jupiter

Gidday folks,

I'm writing to ask for recommendations for residential broadband 
providers in the Stuart/Jupiter area.  Ideally, but not necessarily, 
they would provide:

- don't care or don't usually speak up about running servers
- static IP
- decent connectivity (how subjective is that?)
- preferably no PPoE
- fairly intelligent when you call with a technical problem
- non-Windows friendly/tolerant/welcoming

Who would you recommend?
