I have never been very big on flying flags, or any other bleating form
of patriotism.

However, maybe we should fly these flags on the day that more soldiers
are dead in Iraq, then were people in the twin towers? Oh, too late,
counting civilians and mercenaries, this day has passed already. I
think the poor soldiers (literally and figuratively) deserve it just
as much. After all, their death is a political inconvenience, so
Bushie does not show up. Oh, yes, they are also not rich donors, are
they, so Bushie can not be bothered. After all, he has already waged
war on the poor, both in the US and abroad.

And since when does flying the flag makes one a patriot? It makes one
show himself off as a patriot, maybe, but all these flay waving rich
guys sending others to their death from the convenience of the SUV's
and homes on the beach make me sick. They are not patriots, they are
hypocritical murderers. When I see the sons and daughters of the
politicians and CEOs volunteer to serve in wars, then I will consider
them patriots, regardless of their current tough rhetoric.
