I don't mind headhunters using the jobs list. Those who are looking for 
work and willing to find work via search firms (I wrote software for 
headhunting agencies long ago and they prefer that name) will get those 
postings. At least he didn't spam the membership!

I imagine anywhere around South Florida would be fine as long as the 
hiring company doesn't have to add to fixed costs (office space, 
electricity, hardware, insurance, etc.) Anyone anywhere could be used, 
but maybe they need to have people come in once in a while.
