[Talk] PHP 5 Certification

Well, we have a list going already on a friends server but there's some
strange personality conflicts going on with the group (specifically
myself).  I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with the original group or
what I'm going to do at this point. We haven't met yet but most of us
have our study guides. 

I'll keep you up to date.
