Agreed.  If you're anything like me, your family & neighbors count on
you to 'fix' their computers when something goes wrong.  I'd rather go
to this site than try to track down the DNS servers of whatever ISP
they're using.

Nothing sinister about dns caching.  It's part of the standard.  DNS is
caches for the length of time specified in the TTL of the record.  As
per opendns FAQ, they do not cache longer than the TTL.  It appears they
are using the 'cache' word for marketing.

I do believe they can make money, but not enough to support a company.
They have to come up with some more ideas.  But this is a good start.
