[Talk] Quasi-Administrativia: Status of #flux IRC channel on Freenode

Okay, so does anyone else feel the same way?  Honestly we are
expending a lot of time just beating this horse to death in the first
place.  If we need to pour more time and effort into it, we should be
sure it will benefit some significant portion of the group.
