[Talk] Quasi-Administrativia: Status of #flux IRC channel on Freenode

The whole point of the Internet is that it's global not local.  There
are, according to other messages in this thread, many other channels
where you can find lots of folks to talk shop with.  Is it really
important that you talk shop with people who live in the same 3-county
area as you?
