[Talk] Quasi-Administrativia: Status of #flux IRC channel on Freenode

Well, we have the log here; and the IRC staff members know that, and I =20
suspect they know who to mutter at.  If we want it back, put it to a =20
vote here, and I'll just pass it on. So far, we're like 2/2 =20
for/against as far as I can tell.

If this has to go to a larger list to get a decent opinion (like =20
linux@) then make it so.

I apologize for not making it to the meeting and delaying this to the =20
point you learned why a lot of people have problems with Reuben.  But =20
I got caught up at the office in northern Broward almost until the =20
meeting started.
