[Talk] Quasi-Administrativia: Status of #flux IRC channel on Freenode

If nobody from our group is using the channel, it seems a bit of a
waste of energy to do anything at all. If somebody else wants it and
we deny that without using the channel ourselves, that would make us
look kind of petty, no?
On the other hand, you can tell them that the flux.org domain name is
being used and is not available :)
