[Linux] Network stalls

So I copied the same file to another system on the same blade and the
iostats are different... Blockouts seem to purge regularly. And it looks
like the good system is writing about 5-6 times more blocks per second
than the bad system.=20

Also, I can't set the DMA with hdparm, I get an error (on both good and
bad blades):
 HDIO_GET_DMA failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device
