[Linux] USB and GPS and TclTk

Hmm, someone else from the office just sent this ...
I use one from Belkin ($5-$10). I think they all "just work". Only
difference is that it will not communicate via /dev/ttyS0 (serial) but
/dev/ttyUSB0 (usb serial converter).
