Yes, already a have two networks. The one where the ftp server is, has 
more PCs connected.
On the local network I can connect to the server, put files ( don't want 
download active), and behaves as expected.

THe other network, an independent one, has several PCs too. From a PC in 
this network, I test the server on internet, using the public fixed IP.

Right now another problems have arised, perhaps always was there. When 
specify a range of port in the router to open, it hangs, started to do 
it an hour or so, ago.
So, I will remove the pasv_min/max_port from te vsftp.conf.

Maybe I'll try another ftp server, this is taking toooo long to me.
