Sounds like a permissions issue. What user/group is postfix deliver
running as? What are the permissions on /var/mail?
Finally, AFAIK, cyrus and sasl imply a separate mail database, and you
use cyrus for deliveries. Why is postfix trying to deliver this mail
to a local user running procmail? Did you skip a step in setting the
delivery agent in Postfix?
