[Linux] Spectoolsfor ubuntu 'Gutsy'

Has anyone here successfully installed spectools on Ubuntu Linux? Its
a program that interfaces with the Wi-Spy wireless spectrum
analyzer... originally developed for MS Windows. I've seen screenshots
of it working and own the device, but I'm stuck in dependency hell. If
anyone knows of a repository for the package for this device, I'd
appreciate it.

FYI I want to put this on Ubuntu (gutsy) on an i386 machine.
