[Linux] minimal Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 server

In Ubuntu 7.04 server, the only choices were LAMP server and BIND server
(or, as Robert pointed out, no server, only minimal install). Now there are
a number of other choices, including Samba server and others I don't
remember.
