[Linux] FTP put and get scripts

Above contains three perl files that might be of marginal use to someone else.
There are three scripts: generate_config, ftp_put and ftp_get.

The idea is to create an automated FTP script that will read parameters from a
configuration file and optionally pgp/gpg encrypt outgoing files. In addition, the
password is (minimally) hashed to help prevent over-the-shoulder accidental viewing
of the password (but it's not a *secure* password though).
