I believe that there are settings in the actual printer which allow you
to change the margins... Some printer can only print so close to the
papers edge... Most printer also allow for escape codes to set the "Top
line" or move this top line up a bit on the page.... My experience has
been that Lexmark or IBM printers hardly ever have this problem, almost
always experience this with HP printers...
