Hmm my guess is that his 'relayhost' is not the only thing to change if he has
gone from one provider to another. If his mailer cannot resolve the following:

gold $ host smtp.comcast.net
smtp.comcast.net has address 216.148.227.147
smtp.comcast.net has address 63.240.77.77
smtp.comcast.net has address 204.127.192.17
smtp.comcast.net has address 204.127.200.17
smtp.comcast.net has address 204.127.225.17
smtp.comcast.net has address 206.18.177.17

then my guess is that his /etc/resolv.conf needs to update as well to point to
his new provider's name servers :^). Also none of the below hostnames has an ip
that matches the above ip's:

gold $ host -t mx comcast.net
comcast.net mail is handled by 5 gateway-r.comcast.net.
comcast.net mail is handled by 5 gateway-s.comcast.net.
comcast.net mail is handled by 5 gateway-a.comcast.net.

Check resolv.conf and make sure the values there are set to comcast's
nameservers.
