[Linux] Bellsouth Email Latency

just an FYI to any bell users, Bellsouth has confirmed that the email
latency (Delayed Delivery) problems are indeed on their side, here is
the response I received:

BellSouth eAgent > BellSouth knows about this issue and is diligently
working towards fixing the problem. At this time there is no estimated
time of repair. I apologize for the inconvenience.
