Yes, if you share the files with her. You should create a special group with
the boss and the secretary and allow only group members read/write access to
the file, unless, of course, you want other people to have access to the
content.

I don't think you can separate contacts from emails, which means that the
secretary would see if the boss is planning to fire her, or to diddle the
other secretary. In other words, maybe sharing the .pst file is not such a
great idea. Maybe he should export the contacts and share the calendar only,
without giving her the pst file.

Have y'all considered gmail? You can share calendars there very nicely for
free and without crashes, which is more than I can say about outlook.
