Aaron -

Doing what you just said would that allow the bosses secretary to be able to
access his contacts and modify his outlook calendar, because that is the
main goal that I'm trying to achieve.

Sorry I guess I wasn&#39;t very clear in my posting: The boss is running Windows XP and currently using Outlook 2003 but he trashes his computer so often that i just want to keep all of his contacts, emails, calendar, and periodic backups to the server that way when he trashes the computer I don&#39;t have to burn it to disk or upload it my self the computer will just do it automatically.
