[Linux] FreeGeek or ByteWorks in South FL?

Fair enough.  My original question was not about starting one, but
rather if such a program already existed:

If it did, I wanted to know about it.  If not, that's OK, too.  I agree
that starting such a program would require a fair amount of effort and
commitment.
