I think if people are serious about doing a Linux/pc give away we should 
look at local 501.C3's that need our help.  If we hook up with a charity 
we get several benefits:
  1 our time is counted as a donation
  2 equipment can be used as a tax write off
  3 it can give us focus and purpose in the project
etc.
