[Linux] File sharing app for apache?

Only thing I know of is SVN, which might be too complicated.

That said, it didn't take me that long to set it up when I was playing
around with it.  It will do exactly what you want.

Is there a file sharing app for apache based webserver? What I need is a way
for them to check files in/out. I bet there is one
out there, just can't seem to find one at the minute...

Example: 3 users can login to the website. User 1 can pull down a file...
User 2 will have to wait until User 1 puts it back.

I know this is kind of a CVS format, but I need something very simple,
nothing as complexed as CVS with multiversions.
