[Linux] WebDAV and mySQL

Hi Group,

Has anyone setup a WebDAV site authenticating against a mySQL database?
I can authenticate a regular site against a mySQL database using
.htaccess, but when I use the same mySQL syntax with WebDAV, it doesn't
work. I am using Fedora Core 4. I am leaving the SSL part out of the mix
until I get authentication working. Thanks in advance.
