[Linux] K3b problems??? (WAS: "Fixing" failed download)

There is something funky going on with my burns. Not certain if it's K3B
specifically, but the disks appear physically damaged after the burn. Instead of
even looking tracks, towards the inside of a burned disk it looks like the laser
went wild and skittered all over the disk.

Did you note the time stamp on the post? I did have someone download it the next
day but I needed it that night.
