[Linux] iPod under Linux

The first thing I do everyday when I come in to work is plugin in my 
ipod to my ubuntu box and start up Rhythmbox, the default music player 
for Ubuntu.  It recognizes the ipod perfectly.  I then listen to any 
songs, search the ipod or listen to my playlists.  By default, the ipod 
is mounted read-only so read-only activities are supported.
