Experience required, we need this person to come in and start producing

Hosting ( Apache / Frontpage / SSL etc )
EMail ( Sendmail / Postfix / Popper etc )
DNS
Security ( IP Chains / SSH / Ports Management etc )

Programming
Perl / PHP/Bash
MySQL

Shopping Carts / Standard DB Add/Edit/Modify / Simple lookup
