[Linux] scsi ide linux

Most likely you would have problems IF the kernel had
scsi emulation enabled.  This allows the scsi to be
used for ide devices.  Mostly used only for cd-r
drives, but it might confuse lilo if both scsi and ide
hard drives were present along with scsi emulation in
the kernel.
