[Linux] Embedded Linux with X and SSH

I'm looking for an "embedded" solution for the following problem.

    1. Small size (<200MB)
    2. Supports X
    3. Is an OS that can run a Citrix ICA client (pref. Linux)
    4. Kernel is compiled with minimal services (i.e. - Firewalls, RAID, etc
not needed)
    5. Supports SSH

If anything, I suppose I could just trim down a popular distribution a
little to install only what's absolutely necessary.  Any suggestions?
