Hi all,

Leon is basically correct.  My _intention_ in the announcement of the
contest was to talk only about collecting e-mail addresses and sending out
an e-mail message ... but for some reason I did not make it clear that
e-mail addresses, not snail-mail addresses, were being talked about.

The information in the design document does specify e-mail addresses, and
that's what we need.  FLUX does not have the money to send out paper mail,
so e-mail is the way to go.
