Hey there buddy!

It is said that S7 contains the wait time for the
carrier tone (Modem Carrier not line carrier, that
would be the dial tone).
The S7 register is of type unsigned char which means
it can hold a value from 0-255,
The value stored in the register will give you
1*(Value of S7) seconds to wait for the carrier.
