[Jobs] Joomla template conversion

I'm looking for someone that has experience with Joomla. I need someone that can convert a Joomla 1.0 template to the newer Joomla
1.5 format. This is for an immediate need.

Also, if anyone has XOOPS css/template design experience, I'm looking for someone for designs with Xoops as well. This is for a
longer term work assignments (multiple).
