Responsibilities Include:
-Responsible for the conceptualization, design, development, and
implementation of user interfaces, underlying architecture and tool
development. 
-Prototypes and tests Internet access products. 
-Makes usability assessments for existing and future features. 
-Responsible for development and delivery of web-based technical solutions
to meet business requirements. 
-Participates in projects from timeline development through delivery. 
-Contributes to the design, development, and enhancement of the company's
web infrastructure. 
-Provides technical assistance to web administrators, designers, and
business partners. 

JOB LEVEL DUTIES:
-Develop and lay out web pages for web site.
-Work closely with designers and content providers to produce optimized web
templates.
-Maintain user interface continuity and integrity throughout web site.
-Provide web-based tools to enhance/expedite production of content.
-Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project (i.e., attends
meetings and produces timeline based on project scope). 
-May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job. 
-Work is generally accomplished without the day-to-day direction of a more
senior staff member. Generally solves most problems without assistance.
-Strong competence with the various tools, procedures, programming languages
used to accomplish the job. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
*BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
*3+ years experience in multimedia applications (i.e., HTML, Javascript,
DHTML, Perl)
*3-5 years experience in Web page development and optimization, 
*3-5 years practical experience in user interface design techniques and
usability testing.
*4+ years of Internet experience.
*Ability to provide initiative and creative thinking that could enhance
site-wide products.
*Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
