Well, I did it. I started studying yesterday at 11 am and didn't stop
until 9 this morning. But now I've got my Linux+ cert (and one pissed
off girlfriend).

So how was it? A lot harder than I expected. You have to know obscure
command line options. Who the hell changes the default encryption for
ssh on the command line? There was no single reference to any specific
distro or command of such, unlike the book. Gotta know all the fields
in /etc/passwd, /etc/shadow, /etc/inittab, etc... The exam was heavy on
troubleshooting and it's related tools. Tough questions on software
RAID management. Also gotta know the facilities and priorities in
the /etc/syslog.conf.
