[Cert] Poll

1) Take a poll
    - Include in an email to the certification list,
        - Which certification you want.
        - What city you live in.
        - Ideal time, length of time and frequency of meetings.

LPI - This is motivated only by the cost of the certification as I think the RedHat
cert is more practical.  Maybe the RHCE can be the next goal.

Bi-weekly meetings, 2 hours in length, 10:00AM (preferably at a coffee shop)
