Why is this best with "Troubleshooting Microsoft Office XP"? (Though I
do keep a
knoppix CD in my briefcase to debug problem boots for Windows or
Linux.)

Seconded. In fact, the lack of a current LPI reference made me select
Linux+
In the first poll.

That being said, I looked at what's available at Amazon
and Found "Linux+ Study Guide, 3rd Edition"
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/078214389X/ref=3Dpd_sxp_grid_pt_0_0/002
-2684068-1824022?%5Fencoding=3DUTF8 .

Seems to come in last, in my opinion, though it's rating is the same
as Lou's
choice. (Some of the generous reviewers gave the book more stars than
their
review indicated the book should get.)

There's also (from 2002) "Linux+ Guide to Linux Certification"
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0619130040/sr=3D1-2/qid=3D1144076839/ref=
=3D
pd_bbs_2/104-0884822-4590348?%5Fencoding=3DUTF8&s=3Dbooks
with "Lab Manual For Linux+ Guide To Linux Certification"
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0619216204/ref=3Dpd_sim_b_1/104-0884822
-4590348?%5Fencoding=3DUTF8&v=3Dglance&n=3D283155 . They're a bit older =
but
have a similar rating to "Linux+ Certification
Bible".

I think this completes the list of Linux+ books available for review
at
Amazon. I'm with Lou and choose "Linux+ 2005 In Depth", though I might
order
it With "Linux+ Study Guide, 3rd Edition" because of the discount.

*sigh* I'm doing taxes.
